WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE?

Once payment is received, you'll get an email confirming your enrollment and a link to submit your case details. I'll review your information and begin the research process within 3-5 business days.

DO I NEED TO HAVE DNA RESULTS BEFORE BOOKING?

Ideally, yes. Having at least one DNA test (from Ancestry DNA) gives us the best starting point. If you have other results, we can start with those.

If AncestryDNA testing is needed and you haven’t already tested, I’ll arrange a test kit for you at no additional cost.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITHOUT ANALYZING MY DNA RESULTS?

In many cases, yes! While DNA testing is the most powerful tool for uncovering biological connections, traditional research can also reveal a lot.

I use public records, historical data, and open-source tools to help trace people's stories and reconnect families.

If DNA isn't available, or you prefer not to test, we'll discuss what's possible using the information you already have.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE AND WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

Every search is different - some take weeks, others take months, depending on the strength of your DNA matches and how many you have.

On our initial call, I'll outline what's realistic for your case so you always know what to expect.

No matter how complex the search, you'll receive a clear summary of findings, family connections and next-step recommendations so you can see how every clue fits together.

WHAT IF MY CASE ISN'T A GOOD FIT?

If it turns out your case needs more time, testing, or data, I'll point you in the right direction with honest feedback and next steps.
